Same Spot, One Year Later.
I photographed these two (three!) at the same spot on the Oregon coast when Brooklyn was 8 months pregnant. When they said they wanted me to take their updated family portraits, I suggested going back to the same location, and they were so on board!
When photos become time capsules.
Seeing the growth on all sides made this just as much a passion project as a commission. I got to experience my growth as a photographer, their growth as new parents, and a literal human’s growth a year later! I will forever cherish these photos, and their trust in me. Was one of those days where I felt so lucky to have this be my job.
